About the Role

This role is full-time, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manufacturing and splitting rubber products in line with production schedules
• Operating machinery and tools used in rubber processing and finishing
• Supporting dispatch operations by loading finished goods onto trucks safely and efficiently
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company and industry standards
• Supporting general production tasks to keep workflows running efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

Previous experience in rubber manufacturing or industrial production is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Current driver’s licence
• Completion of Year 10 (or equivalent)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Good attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work in a manufacturing environment
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Eligibility: You must hold a valid work visa or have Australian working rights.
