About the Role

This role will complete 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This job includes but is not limited to:

• Producing Superflex Cables and Plaited Wire Rope
• Supporting the continuous production of Plaited and Woven Slings
• Assisting with general tasks to keep production running smoothly, including cable making when required
• Applying problem-solving skills and attention to detail to maintain high quality standards
• Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive team environment

Previous experience in wire rope or cable manufacturing is preferred but not essential. We will provide training for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid forklift licence
• Current driver’s licence
• Completion of Year 10 (or equivalent)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills

Physical requirements: This is a hands-on role requiring manual dexterity.
Eligibility: You must hold a valid work visa or have Australian working rights.
